Are you a persistent Social Media Strategist?

We grow together with our clients. We are currently looking for a capable hero for our Social Media team. Help us in the fight on Facebook and Instagram!

Job

  • Proposal of complex strategies of performance social media campaigns – setting goals and sequence of individual activities.
  • Implementation of performance campaigns in the Facebook Ads Manager / ROI Hunter environment and their subsequent analysis (necessary knowledge of Google Analytics ).
  • Redistribution of time and financial budget for project specialists.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the work of specialists with an emphasis on the results achieved.
  • Searching for new possibilities and strategies for the development and optimization of Social Media campaigns with a direct impact on the client’s business.
  • Task management in the internal Taskman system.
  • Preparation of regular work reports , which are then finalized together with the Account Manager for presentation to the client.
  • Independent communication with the client on the topic of technical and strategic actions that have been implemented, are being implemented and will be implemented on the project.
  • Executive execution of the most technically and strategically demanding actions on projects.

What we require

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Manager.
  • Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager environment and logic.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media marketing.
  • Very good orientation in the Google Analytics environment.
  • Working with Google Sheets at an advanced level (pivot tables, advanced functions, formula chaining) is a must.
  • Knowledge of the English language at the level of at least C1 in both written and spoken form.
  • Very good orientation in the complex principles of marketing.
